RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of TranquiliTips, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we’re happy to help in the following cases:

Eligible for Return or Refund
• Unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of delivery
• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect items received due to our error

To be eligible, items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused and unopened
• In resellable condition

Not Eligible for Return
• Products that have been opened or used
• Items returned after 30 days
• Damage caused by improper use or normal wear

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos if the item is defective or damaged

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.
